Absolute best airbnb in the area. Have booked this airbnb with Spencer twice for the past 2 years for a large group and have absolutely zero complaints. Best communication and the most accommodating host I’ve experienced on this app. If you’re needing an airbnb in the area, you will absolutely have no regrets with this choice. Super clean and has plenty of amenities to keep your guests entertained. Also an honorable mention for the master bed, probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

We had a wonderful stay here. The entire place is just awesome. Spacious, gorgeous and a great location with a short drive to touristy stuff. We loved Pacman (there's real Pacman!!), the entire game room really, the super comfy living room sofa, the decor all around and the excellent and thoughtful service Spencer gave us from before we arrived and after we checked out. I would highly recommend this home for any type of family, friend or romantic vacation in Seattle.

We were 7 adults and 3 young kids. The place was totally kid friendly and felt spacious enough for the adults. The location was perfect for out of towners. It was super walkable, the neighborhood is beautiful and there were great restaurants nearby. When we wanted to go be tourists, it was a 15 minute drive. Spencer stayed in touch and made sure we had a great experience. Would definitely come back.

Very quick with responds, very kind and cheerful, had an amazing place to stay at, very fun house to stay at and would recommend to others! Let us have an early luggage drop-off. 10/10 stay and would definitely stay again when visiting Seattle again!

Have a lot of people to accommodate? This is your place! The number of beds and baths is perfect for family gatherings or a friend retreat. The walkability to nearby places (the zoo, restaurants, parks) is unmatched and you are just a short uber to downtown. Spencer is incredibly responsive and we appreciate his checking in throughout the stay. We loved staying here and hope to be back in the future!

Took a quick trip up to Seattle for a long weekend off from school. We picked the Fremont area because it was between two schools that we wanted to tour. Fremont was a fun place to be, easily walkable, great Coop Grocery within walking distance and because a child was sick the whole time was easy to get take out food from some really good restaurants. Also very easy to get down to Pike Place Market and to the ferry terminal for a quick trip to Bainbridge Island. The condo was clean, well appointed, great division of space. The kitchen had all that we needed to both bring back take out and make a simple meal. Spencer was easy to communicate with when we had questions and he was very quick to respond. We would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

We always stay here when we visit Seattle. The place is great. Location is ideal to get to uw and university village. Lots of space, quiet and nice back yard. Parking is available at house and always available on street in front of house. Thanks for letting us stay!

Spencer's Place was exactly as advertised. We had very peaceful stay close to where we needed to be. Truthfully, it was fairly centralized and very close to a grocery store. We would definitely stay there again.
