We stayed at Spencer's place from Wednesday to Saturday through the July 4th weekend with our friends. Spencer's house was centrally located and made visiting different neighborhoods in Seattle very easy. His home was also the perfect respite after a long day of hanging out in Seattle. We loved the way his home was decorated and found it extremely homey and calming. We especially loved the second living room upstairs, which was an excellent spot for our partners to play their video games in at the end of the day. We also had a car, so we were very grateful that his home also had a driveway. The next time we are back, we hope to be able to stay here again.

The perfect base camp for my family of five to explore Seattle. There are parks, shops, and restaurants all super walkable, but the surrounding blocks are quiet residential. We got great sleep here, although we visited close to the solstice and it stayed pretty bright late so I needed a sleep mask, which I usually want when traveling anyway. There are a lot of steps here and some of the walkable stuff is hilly, but I wouldn’t consider myself particularly fit and was still fine, so don’t let that scare you. My toddler managed it. Spencer gave some great local suggestions and it’s easy to get to landmarks like the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. I would absolutely stay at this house again.

Don’t hesitate. Book it. It is an amazing house It is an outstanding Airbnb with an outstanding Host. We are over from Australia on a road trip from Vancouver Island landing in Port Angeles then Seattle then down to Yellowstone. Then back up to Bannf where we are close to now. We have been camping but mostly Airbnb. Or one hotel. This site has been the standout The Host who I assume is very busy was the Airbnb benchmark Responsive. Great advice on local food sites.

This absolutely pristine home is special in every way. Fully updated while maintaining the charm of a craftsman. Excellent central location for a University of Washington graduation - the light rail is only three blocks away. The UofW stadium is one stop north. Grocery and restaurants within walking distance. If you want to park your car during your stay this is a great option.

Great location and really enjoyed our stay! So much room in the house and was very clean. Really close to downtown and great restaurants. Will definitely recommend and stay here in the future. Spencer was very responsive and friendly.

Spencer’s house was perfect for our girls weekend away. It was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. We had everything we needed for the weekend. He was also incredibly quick to respond and very friendly. Would highly recommend future bookings!
