This AirBnb is so unique and stylish. It has so many thoughtful touches that make being in the space feel so homey and fun. We had quick access to all the Cap Hill bars, restaurants, and shops — but we were always excited to get back to the Airbnb and spend more time there. The beds are so comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and eat it around the beautiful wood table. The host was so helpful and communicative. He ensured we had the best experience. It’s an easy recommend to anyone!

We had trouble the second evening getting the door lick system to work, but they responded with resets and changing the batteries in the front door. Having back up door options helped to learn.

Spencer was a delight to work with. Very responsive and helpful with dining recommendations. The house is lovely and perfect for a multigenerational family, if you don’t mind the stairs, which we didn’t. Kitchen was fully equipped and bedrooms were comfy. Thank you for a great stay!

We love Seattle. Our Son & GF were getting engadged on this trip. The home is a very beautiful Arts & Crafts home. Quiet neighborhood, athough the city, felt like the Suburbs. So much beauty, So much to do within walking distance. We felt right at home immediately! Artxed s & Craft home. Eccelectic home with Modern Furniture and Flair. We are cooks/foodies and we cooked some meals in the home and its are cooks dream, to have so many tools available to use for cooking. Bedding is very important, since coming from the East Coast, bedding is a real dream, the mattresses softly firm contouring to your body! Got the best night sleeps!! Beautiful experience.dist Within walking to our new favorite coffee shop. Everything rolled up in one, a complete wonderful experience. We ll be back since our "k ids" live less than 5 min away. Thank you, again Spencer for opening up your specail homor all of us to enjoy! We'll be rebooking again in the very nearfuture.

My family of four loved this home! The location on Cap Hill is great; very walkable neighborhood. The home itself was fantastic. Very clean, well maintained, plenty of space and super cozy. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! And Spencer could not have been better. Very easy to communicate with and quite responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Seattle.
