Guest Access

You will have access to the full house including access to the laundry room where detergent is provided. The home is fitted with smart door locks and a code will be sent out the night before arrival for a smooth check-in process. There is a carport in the rear of the house for parking if you prefer more privacy. Just go down the driveway on the left side of the house and you will see the carport on the right side. However, we usually recommend guests to just park on the street in front of the home. There is typically lots of parking available, it is a super safe and allows for easier come & go. We prefer to park on the street when we stay the house!

The master bedroom is on the main level of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed, 5 drawer dresser & closet for hanging. The 2nd bedroom is on the main level as well; equipped with a queen-size bed, a 6 drawer dresser, closet for hanging and also a work space setup for any remote work that needs to be done. The 3rd bedroom is on the lower level of the home, fitted with a queen-size bed. In this bedroom, you will also find a 6 drawer dresser with a closet for hanging. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are two full bathrooms in this home. The bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub combo and resides between the two upstairs bedrooms for easy access. The bathroom downstairs has a shower and each of them comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The bright and airy kitchen upstairs is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There are 2 coffee machines (Keurig and Nespresso), toaster, hot water kettle and all your everyday stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats 6 guests at a spacious dining table. Very comfortable home in a fun neighborhood. Plenty of room for us to spread out, my kids loved the yard and the video games downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed and more.

My family and I had a really wonderful stay in Green Lake at Spencer’s place. We really felt like we were at home - there were plenty of amenities to make us and our 1.5 year old feel right at home. The neighborhood is super walkable, one of our favorites, and we will definitely be returning!

Spencer's place was amazing, and the location is great, especially if you have kids. We had more than enough space four our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids 3 and 6, the air hocky and games were a plus to keep them busy. The house was super clean and pretty much had everything you need to cook make coffee and have a nice meal. Greenlake is walkable and was great the zoo was close and there were resturants and bars nearby, honestly really everything was in walking distance for you do. I would say the only thing if you have a car the streets are narrow but thats Seattle for ya :) and really didn't bother us but I can see others having issue with that. Can't state this enought that we had a super time and would defiently recommend Spencers place and would come back

Fabulous house, perfect location, and an outstanding host! Spencer's communication was clear, proactive, and thoughtful—everything went smoothly. The house is in a quiet, clean, family-friendly neighborhood with kind neighbors. During our stay, there was a block party and garage sale, and my daughter picked up a photo and earrings from a neighbor—such a fun experience! We walked to nearby restaurants and the grocery store, and were just 15 minutes from the University of Washington, Green Lake, the waterfront, and more. Downtown Seattle was an easy drive. The home itself is beautifully decorated, spotless, and well furnished. There are two large bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality utensils, a Keurig and a Nespresso machine, modern cabinetry, and handy drawer labels. Highly recommend this home and Spencer—he’s created a truly welcoming and top-notch space. We’d absolutely stay again!

We spent a wonderful 3 days at Spencer’s property and you couldn’t ask for a better host. The house is immaculately kept and all the furnishings very comfortable and well maintained. It felt like they thought of everything you could need so you could check in and start enjoying your stay. Perhaps best of all is how perfectly situated the house is—coffee shops, restaurants, and a host of other great retail establishments are within an easy walk, Green Lake is also a short walk away and you are really at the center of one of Seattle’s most charming and laid back neighborhoods. To top it all off Spencer was incredibly responsive and interested in making our stay smooth and easy. We were really pleased with our entire visit and couldn’t ask for more!!

Our family of six stayed for three nights while visiting Seattle and this home was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the air hockey table as well as the board/card games that were stocked. We took walks to the local coffee and donut shop that were close by. The home was very clean and kitchen filled with coffee and necessary items in cabinets. We ended up being there during a heatwave and were able to use floor fans to keep us cool & move the air around. Spencer was quick to respond to questions and checked in the first night of our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

We traveled with three adults and two children under 3 years old and it was an incredibly comfortable and cozy house. We've stayed at many Airbnb's and this house stood out as one of the cleanest and well kept. Parking was no issue, it was a very quiet beautiful neighborhood, and close to fun activities. I would 100% recommend this house for your next trip to the Seattle area. Also, Spencer was a great host!

Loved this AirBnB! This is probably the cleanest, most well-appointed place we have stayed in. While the house is in a pretty crowded area, it was quiet and perfect for walks and exploring. It felt like home rather than someone else's home. We had everything we needed during our six night stay. Thank you, Spencer!
