Guest Access

You will have access to the full house including access to the laundry room where detergent is provided. The home is fitted with smart door locks and a code will be sent out the night before arrival for a smooth check-in process. There is a carport in the rear of the house for parking if you prefer more privacy. Just go down the driveway on the left side of the house and you will see the carport on the right side. However, we usually recommend guests to just park on the street in front of the home. There is typically lots of parking available, it is a super safe and allows for easier come & go. We prefer to park on the street when we stay the house!

The master bedroom is on the main level of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed, 5 drawer dresser & closet for hanging. The 2nd bedroom is on the main level as well; equipped with a queen-size bed, a 6 drawer dresser, closet for hanging and also a work space setup for any remote work that needs to be done. The 3rd bedroom is on the lower level of the home, fitted with a queen-size bed. In this bedroom, you will also find a 6 drawer dresser with a closet for hanging. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are two full bathrooms in this home. The bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub combo and resides between the two upstairs bedrooms for easy access. The bathroom downstairs has a shower and each of them comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The bright and airy kitchen upstairs is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. What a gem! The house was charming and very spacious! It had everything I needed. It was really lovely and nice spending time there. The linens were good, and the main bed was extremely comfortable! The host was kind and communicated well. The neighborhood is extremely charming and very walkable. Absolutely loved staying here and will hope to stay again on my next Seattle trip.

We had family with very specific needs visiting from out of town (elderly, disabled, etc). We found Spencer's place walking distance from our house in Wallingford's Tangletown neighborhood, filled with pubs, restaurants, coffee houses and bakeries. The house is super accessible - no stairs to the front door and just a few short steps to each level inside (two bedrooms up on the main level and one bedroom down, with it's own bath and kitchen). Nice little backyard with lawn chairs and side tables + kids yard games, which were a big hit with my grandbabies when we were over! It's also a short walk to Greenlake (which has a 3 mile loop trail arrive it for those into walking or running) and to Meridian Park (which has a seasonal farmers market once a week) and the Wallingford business district, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and tons of restaurants. Easy street parking right in front and a small carport if needed. Everything was perfect for our needs and Spencer was super responsive!

Spencer’s place was spotless and very well-equipped. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and tableware, making it easy to prepare meals. The kids especially loved playing on the first floor, while the adults could relax upstairs watching TV and chatting – perfect for families as everyone had their own space. The location is also fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Green Lake. A wonderful home for a relaxing vacation – highly recommended!

Second time I’ve stayed here. This is an ideal, central location with plenty of parking. Walkable and easy access to the 62 bus that will take you half the places you need to go (transfer to 44 for most of the other places you want to go). Very clean and tastefully decorated. Has all the necessary items for day to day living but no clutter. Pretty yard and house. Very relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay at Spencer’s place! It was clean and really a lovely space. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of bedding and towels. Location is hard to beat - walkable to Tangletown, Greenlake, and Wallingford shops. Spencer was also accommodating with letting us check in early, and responsive throughout our stay. 110% recommend this place and will stay here again.

Spencer’s place was a great home-base for our week-long Seattle vacation. He was a super responsive and communicative host. The neighborhood is incredible. Excellent restaurants, coffee, and gelato spots in short walking distance. Easy walk to Green Lake (or drive — we brought paddle boards, so was a very quick drive to the boathouse + docks). We also brought our two dogs — was a great area to walk the dogs, including a couple of excellent dog-friendly parks. Family of four (11yr old and 13yr old) give two thumbs up! Thx for the stay, Spencer.
