Spencer was a great host and was very proactive with his responses whenever I needed to reach out. Home was very cozy and provided everything my family and I needed for our stay. Would definitely comeback!

Have a lot of people to accommodate? This is your place! The number of beds and baths is perfect for family gatherings or a friend retreat. The walkability to nearby places (the zoo, restaurants, parks) is unmatched and you are just a short uber to downtown. Spencer is incredibly responsive and we appreciate his checking in throughout the stay. We loved staying here and hope to be back in the future!

This place was great for our large family, there was plenty of room for people to spend time together and apart. Spencer was responsive to any questions we had. Wallingford (the neighborhood where the house is located) has great walkability and is a great satellite neighborhood to explore greater Seattle.

We stayed in the home for a family holiday celebration, and the house was everything we could have asked for and more. Comfy beds and linens, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated for the holidays, and plenty of room for 8 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs. The communication before, during and after our stay was just perfect.

Spencer is an amazing host! Me and my friends had our friendsgiving dinner at his place and had a great time! Beautiful and clean house. Spencer was always kind, available and sharing lots of helpful information. Would recommend anyone to stay here!☺️
