Wonderful stay at Spencer’s place! His house was perfect for our family of 5 and had plenty of space for all of us. He was also probably the most responsive Airbnb host I’ve ever had (would respond within seconds!). The neighborhood is quiet and residential but also pretty close to great coffee shops, breweries and restaurants. There were a few minor maintenance things but nothing that got in the way of our enjoyable stay. Definitely would stay again!

GORGEOUS, clean, cozy home with all the amenities, perfect for any family! We really appreciated this home for our young kids as there was a pack and play, toys downstairs, and the perfect backyard for running and playing. We appreciated using the grill in the back, and having a very well equipped kitchen with some essential condiments :-) We absolutely loved our stay in this home and really enjoyed the location as it was easy to hop on a bus to go downtown :-) Would recommend this home to anybody! Thanks for everything

The house was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for relaxing. While we didn’t explore the neighborhood much, we did enjoy walking to a couple of great coffee shops and markets. Ballard center was just a short drive away with plenty of dining options. Spencer was a kind and attentive host who checked in to make sure everything was going well.

Good space and would stay here again! Only negative that I can think of is that there isn't central A/C, BUT I think that is very normal for Seattle. Bonus the house cools pretty quickly in the evening and Spencer provides tons of fans and such.

What can I say about Spencer’s property? It was perfectly located—close to everything my family and I wanted to experience in Seattle. The home itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Spencer was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay, which made everything even better. We truly appreciated your warm welcome and the chance to stay at your beautiful home. It was the perfect stop on our PNW road trip!

I went to Seattle for a family reunion with family I hadn't seen in many years. staying at Spencer's listing felt like home away from home. We were central enough in seattle that it was a short drive to visit the family. Spencer's listing is also in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the places to visit in Seattle. I will definitely visit again.
