You will have access to the main and upper floors of the house, along with the laundry room in the basement where detergent is provided. There is a separate apartment in the basement of the house, however there is a separate entrance to this unit and the tenant, who is rarely in town, does not have access to the laundry room, exterior space or any other areas of the house that you do doing your stay. The home is fitted with a smart lock for the front door and a code will be sent out a few nights before arrival for a smooth check-in process. There is a driveway on the left side of the house you are free to use. There is also street parking available, however you may only park on the west side of the street as explained by the signs. Lastly, the family room on the main level has a pull out couch to sleep 2 guests in the queen mattress. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are two full bathrooms in this home. The bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub combo while the bathroom downstairs has a shower. Each of them comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There is a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, hot water kettle and all your everyday stainless steel appliances.
