Your Home Away From Home

The house was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for relaxing. While we didn’t explore the neighborhood much, we did enjoy walking to a couple of great coffee shops and markets. Ballard center was just a short drive away with plenty of dining options. Spencer was a kind and attentive host who checked in to make sure everything was going well.

The house was incredible, exactly as described! Plenty of room for the family to spread out and the beds were very comfortable. Spencer was an incredible, proactive host. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—so many walkable spots nearby like Gas Works Park, scenic walking routes, great bakeries, and breweries. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals at home. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The layout worked perfectly for our group of three couples—each of us had our own bathroom. Lastly, parking at house was great. Plenty of street parking on our street.

We have never felt at home like we did here! Our hosts were informative and responsive. The area was so peaceful and relaxing, but also convenient to everything. We will be back for sure!

This property was perfect for my family of 6. We took several walks to restaurants and even the market. Loved the location and the house was charming and a place to relax. Highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated Queen Anne home in great location. Cute restaurants and coffee shops close by. Spencer was amazing, very helpful and quick to respond to all questions and give advice what to do in Seattle. 5 star review, would definitely recommend!❤️

Good space and would stay here again! Only negative that I can think of is that there isn't central A/C, BUT I think that is very normal for Seattle. Bonus the house cools pretty quickly in the evening and Spencer provides tons of fans and such.

Amazing location. Coffee shops and a microbrewery right outside. House is amazing right from the backyard and parking space to how it is set up. Tons of space to get private time and lots of common areas. Close to grocery stores and entertainment. Lake too. This really worked out amazingly well for our weekend stay. My family really loved it and Spencer is an amazing host.

This well maintained and cozy house is located in a neat and quiet neighborhood. It is convenient for commuting to UW campus. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with a steamer. The house is full of instructions, which makes it easier for us to live in it. Additionally, the host Spencer is very nice and responsive.

Myself and 4 work colleagues stayed here together and loved it. The bedrooms were clean and lovely, great common spaces, and right next to the house is a hiking trail that was wonderful to use! Will definitely stay here again.
