Great stay - beautiful location, close to amazing hikes and good food, peaceful, private and right next to local PD & FD for that added sense of safety.
The property had everything we needed for a good time (cozy sofa and TV inside, hot tub and fireplace and grill outside) and Spencer allowed us to host a handful of local friends for a dinner that we had by the grill.
Issaquah is a good, quiet and charming town, and this BnB is located perfectly to help explore it.
All in all an awesome stay!

We had a great stay. The home was perfect for our larger family gathering. Location was ideal for walking to morning coffee and the Green Lake trail. The host Spencer was accommodating and quickly responsive.

This was such a unique home! The house comfortably fit our large group of 14 people. There were lots of different activities that everyone was able to do throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time!

Spencer's place is something special -- the surroundings are so green and quiet, the neighbourhood is walkable and safe and very pretty (<3mins to lake washington for stunning sunrises); the house itself is very comfortable, modern yet homely, with everything we needed (good entertainment systems too). There's good transport links into downtown as well, so we felt in nature, but also able to get into the city relatively quickly :)
All in, just a wonderful place. Thank you again for letting us stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and spacious. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. We cooked and found all utensils needed. We were in Seattle in some of its warmest days in August but the house stayed cool and or cooled down quickly. Had a great night sleep in the master bedroom. Having our designated parking spot made bringing our own vehicle much less stressful. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet at night despite it looking busy during the day. Coffee shops and running trail just down the street. It was all around a comfortable stay.

Spencer’s place was spotless and very well-equipped. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and tableware, making it easy to prepare meals. The kids especially loved playing on the first floor, while the adults could relax upstairs watching TV and chatting – perfect for families as everyone had their own space. The location is also fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Green Lake. A wonderful home for a relaxing vacation – highly recommended!

Our second stay at the property. It’s a real gem. Comfortable, full of amenities, and always clean and ready for us. Don’t hesitate - it’s a great spot with a lovely backyard and a market walking distance away. And of course the lake is just a 5 minute walk. Parking for 2 cars and even an EV charger. Enjoy !

Second time I’ve stayed here. This is an ideal, central location with plenty of parking. Walkable and easy access to the 62 bus that will take you half the places you need to go (transfer to 44 for most of the other places you want to go). Very clean and tastefully decorated. Has all the necessary items for day to day living but no clutter. Pretty yard and house. Very relaxing.

We loved Spencer’s cozy home. It is an older home but has been remodeled and updated. The backyard and game room was our favorite. The hot tub was super clean and so nice after a long day exploring. Also, the grill and propane fireplace were awesome for enjoying a dinner outside. There were lawn games which we thoroughly enjoyed. The beds and linens were top notch for a great nights sleep. We highly recommend for small families or couples. There is a huge park and playground right across the street.
