Your Home Away From Home

This well maintained and cozy house is located in a neat and quiet neighborhood. It is convenient for commuting to UW campus. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with a steamer. The house is full of instructions, which makes it easier for us to live in it. Additionally, the host Spencer is very nice and responsive.

Myself and 4 work colleagues stayed here together and loved it. The bedrooms were clean and lovely, great common spaces, and right next to the house is a hiking trail that was wonderful to use! Will definitely stay here again.

What can I say about Spencer’s property? It was perfectly located—close to everything my family and I wanted to experience in Seattle. The home itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Spencer was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay, which made everything even better. We truly appreciated your warm welcome and the chance to stay at your beautiful home. It was the perfect stop on our PNW road trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Spencer’s Airbnb in Seattle! His place is welcoming, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We have stayed in several townhouses via airbnb and this one was by far the best. Clean, quiet, comfortable and good bed. We stayed just in the primary bedroom only but would come back with others. Easy walking distance to Fremont.

Very comfortable home in a fun neighborhood. Plenty of room for us to spread out, my kids loved the yard and the video games downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed and more.

Quiet location and very private house. Plenty of fans provided to keep the heat relatively manageable, but would definitely benefit from some kind of floor or window AC unit in the summer. Attentive host and well stocked kitchen. Overall, would book again.

We stayed at Spencer's place from Wednesday to Saturday through the July 4th weekend with our friends. Spencer's house was centrally located and made visiting different neighborhoods in Seattle very easy. His home was also the perfect respite after a long day of hanging out in Seattle. We loved the way his home was decorated and found it extremely homey and calming. We especially loved the second living room upstairs, which was an excellent spot for our partners to play their video games in at the end of the day. We also had a car, so we were very grateful that his home also had a driveway. The next time we are back, we hope to be able to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was well stocked, clean and had good sleeping arrangements. Location was great as it was close to many fun areas to explore.

My family and I had a really wonderful stay in Green Lake at Spencer’s place. We really felt like we were at home - there were plenty of amenities to make us and our 1.5 year old feel right at home. The neighborhood is super walkable, one of our favorites, and we will definitely be returning!
