We love Seattle. Our Son & GF were getting engadged on this trip. The home is a very beautiful Arts & Crafts home. Quiet neighborhood, athough the city, felt like the Suburbs. So much beauty, So much to do within walking distance. We felt right at home immediately! Artxed s & Craft home. Eccelectic home with Modern Furniture and Flair. We are cooks/foodies and we cooked some meals in the home and its are cooks dream, to have so many tools available to use for cooking. Bedding is very important, since coming from the East Coast, bedding is a real dream, the mattresses softly firm contouring to your body! Got the best night sleeps!! Beautiful experience.dist Within walking to our new favorite coffee shop. Everything rolled up in one, a complete wonderful experience. We ll be back since our "k ids" live less than 5 min away. Thank you, again Spencer for opening up your specail homor all of us to enjoy! We'll be rebooking again in the very nearfuture.

The home worked perfectly for our family. The main living space was comfortable with enough space for everyone to relax! The kitchen and eating area was also large enough for our entire family to gather for meals. The location was easy to navigate in order to get to the attractions in Seattle as well as close to grocery stores and coffee stands. The arcade machine was a perfect little addition for everyone! Spencer was super helpful and communicated quickly! I recommend this home for families!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is exactly as described. I really enjoyed coffee on the rooftop deck. The location was perfect for exploring Seattle and the surrounding areas. We visited Seattle downtown, Bellevue, University district, Ballard and Fremont areas. The home was very centrally located to everything! Parking was very very easy. Many spots right next to the building every night of our 5 night stay. Thank you so much Spencer!

My family of four loved this home! The location on Cap Hill is great; very walkable neighborhood. The home itself was fantastic. Very clean, well maintained, plenty of space and super cozy. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! And Spencer could not have been better. Very easy to communicate with and quite responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Seattle.

Spencer is an amazing host! Me and my friends had our friendsgiving dinner at his place and had a great time! Beautiful and clean house. Spencer was always kind, available and sharing lots of helpful information. Would recommend anyone to stay here!☺️

House is perfect for large groups, more than enough bathrooms which is really a luxury with large groups. Area is very walkable to so many delicious restaurants and we definitely took advantage! Aslan brewery right across the street is a must!

We stayed at the house with four adults and a toddler. It was a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants and parks in the area. The house itself was clean and a good size for this group. The third bedroom would have been tight for another group member. I was so pleased that they had a lot of kids toys, games, books, pack n play, and plates/silverware. Spencer was a great host and quick at communicating.

Fantastic place in an incredibly convenient location. Space was clean, well designed, and had all the amenities we needed for two kids! For a large group this house is a must. We hope to stay here some time again in the future!
